Odds Leak is non-custodial and does not handle money or execute trades.
Odds Leak does not:
Hold, control, or transfer funds
Access private keys
Connect to wallets using signatures or authentication
Execute trades or place orders
Provide brokerage, exchange, or custodial services
Any references to trades or markets are strictly informational.
4. Data Sources & Third-Party Content
Odds Leak aggregates public information from third-party sources such as:
Polymarket public market feeds
Public blockchain explorers
Twitter/X public posts
Public news APIs
Public economic calendars
Public court data
Odds Leak has no control over the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of external data. Third-party errors may appear in analytics, charts, alerts, or signals.
Odds Leak is not responsible for:
Service interruptions
API failures
Incorrect or stale data
Outages or downtime affecting external providers
5. No Guarantees of Accuracy or Availability
All features, analytics, predictions, and alerts are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant:

Polysleuth does not provide jurisdiction-specific compliance guidance.
8. Intellectual Property & Open Source
Polysleuth incorporates both proprietary systems and open-source components. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
Polysleuth may open-source parts of its codebase to increase transparency, but this does not grant users ownership or unlimited rights to proprietary analytics, datasets, or models.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polysleuth shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, trading losses, or market exposure
Errors in third-party data or provider outages
System downtime, bugs, or delays
Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
If liability is ever imposed, it shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service.
