Odds Leak is designed as a privacy-first, non-custodial analytical tool. We intentionally collect and store as little user information as possible.

  • Wallet addresses you submit for analysis

  • Commands you run inside the bot

  • Basic usage metadata required for bot functionality (e.g., timestamps, error logs)

1.2 Information We Do Not Collect

Odds Leak does not:

  • Request or store private keys

  • Request wallet authentication or signatures

  • Store personal identity information

  • Track activity outside of the Odds Leak interface

  • Collect private Polymarket account data

  • Monitor or access any private communications

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

To maintain system performance, we may collect:

  • Minimal technical logs (e.g., server health, latency, error events)

  • Basic analytics to improve performance (aggregate, non-personal)

This data cannot be used to personally identify users.


2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely for:

  • Operating and improving the Service

  • Providing wallet analytics, alerts, and market intelligence

  • Detecting errors, outages, or abuse

  • Maintaining security and performance of the platform

We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties.

Odds Leak never stores private keys or any authentication credentials.

The Odds Leak codebase will also be open sourced, allowing public verification of how data is handled.

Odds Leak may retrieve publicly available information from external sources such as:

  • Polymarket (public market data only)

  • Twitter/X public posts

  • Public economic calendars

  • Public court data

  • News feeds accessible via public APIs

Odds Leak does not share user data with these services.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights, including:

  • The right to access information we store

  • The right to request deletion of your data

  • The right to opt out of optional analytics

  • The right to receive clarification on our privacy practices
